Im thinking somewhere between 80-250cc would be good but again i dont know mucha t all.. another problem is i dont know how to ride a motorcycle (with the clutch) i have rode a automatic little scooter but thats all.. but i could learn if thats what it comes down too.. I mainly want a small bullet bike.. something actually smaller in size not just engine.. so i can touch my feet to the ground easy.. feel more comfortable.. anyone help me? im so anxious

Rebel 250 from Honda is a great bike. Won’t go past 65mph unless down a hill though.
Learn on a small bike, step up slowly. I have been riding 14 years, on a 1000RR now. Started small, worked my way up!
I would def say a Kawasaki Ninja 250. The new 08s just came out and they look really nice. Im fixin to get one. The 250 is a lot smaller too. Im 5′1" and i weight 100lbs and its not hard for me to fit on that bike. my boyfriend has a ninja zx10 and i cant reach the ground. he goes to mmi so he knows ALOT about bikes and he def thinks the 250s are a good starter bike.
The first thing I’d recommend is looking-up the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) in your area. They sponsor riding classes designed for beginners to advanced riders. It’s a great place to learn to ride, and a lot of states require the course before they’ll issue a riders licence. When you pass, you automatically get your license.
The type of bike you get should be based on your visual preference and ergonomics (how comfortable it is and whether or not you can reach the handles and ground ok). Also consider your riding style and what will be comfortable to ride. (Also, does it have a back seat for your girlfriend or will you be riding solo.)
As far as engine size, I’d recommend something in the 250cc to 450cc size range. Those aren’t too powerful for beginners, but have enough that you wont "outgrow" it too fast.
Hope this helps….
The best thing to do is take a good rider safty coarse. I took one to get my license with I learned alot even though I had been rideing for 30+ years. it’s well worth the money.
Get a honda rebel 250 as close to stock as you can get
If you get through Orangeville say hello to my Sister She is prob on an old glide of some kind
Take the MSF course. (That’s pretty much agreed upon by all riders)
Vespa’s are one thing, but if you’re going with a bike, get something that can handle highway speed e.g. 600cc or greater bike.
